Realtor Hub gives every realtor and sales associate an ID, personal links, their own buyers and commission, and a network they can grow, with a coaching programme for new sellers. Part of the Ampliora Estate Suite.
Realtor networks are the engine of land sales in Nigeria, and commission is where they break. Two realtors claim the same buyer. Uplines ask for their share. Every week, every realtor asks the same question: has my commission been paid?
Most developers run their network from WhatsApp groups and memory. Nobody can say for certain which buyer came through which realtor, commission is worked out by hand from screenshots, and a change to a realtor’s bank details can quietly send a payout to the wrong account.
New sellers join with energy and fade within weeks, because nobody has time to coach them, track their leads or notice when they fall behind.
We built Realtor Hub, a portal for a developer’s whole sales network: outside realtors, staff sellers and sales associates. Each partner signs up, gets an ID and personal links, and sees their own buyers, payments and commission without asking. Commission is earned as buyers’ payments are confirmed, for the realtor and their upline, with tax taken off and every payout recorded. Sales associates also get a 30-day bootcamp, a leads list with follow-up reminders and a team view for their lead.
Partners sign up from a public page and are approved by the team, or approved automatically if the developer prefers. Existing realtors can be brought in all at once and claim their accounts with identity checks. Everyone gets an ID, with different formats for realtors, staff and sales associates.
Each partner has a personal buyer form link and estate map links. Any sale or reservation made through them is theirs automatically, so there is nothing to dispute.
Commission is earned as each buyer payment is confirmed, at rates that can differ by estate. A partner names the person who referred them, who earns a share of their sales, and loops are blocked. Withholding tax comes off each line, and staff mark payouts paid with a reference.
Changes to a partner’s name, email, phone, date of birth or bank details need a Super Admin’s approval, so nobody can quietly redirect a payout.
Sales associates start with a 30-day bootcamp of daily lessons and tasks, then weekly lessons, and a 7-day reboot for anyone who falls behind. Daily activity, Friday reflections, points, streaks, badges and a leaderboard keep the habit going, and team leads can see who needs help.
A public sign-up page with approval by the team, or optional auto-approval. Existing partners are imported in bulk and claim their accounts with identity checks.
Every partner gets an ID and personal links to the buyer form and estate maps, so every sale or reservation they bring is credited to them.
Each partner sees their buyers’ sales, what has been paid and what is due, and the paperwork, any time, without calling the office.
Commission is earned on each confirmed payment, with rates set per estate and withholding tax taken off each line.
Partners name who referred them, and that person earns a share of their sales. Referral loops are blocked.
Partners see who they brought in, whether each has claimed their account, and what each has sold.
Staff see what is due per partner, mark it paid with a reference, and export a monthly withholding tax report.
Changes to personal or bank details need a Super Admin’s approval before they take effect.
Daily lessons and tasks for new sales associates, then weekly lessons, plus a 7-day reboot for anyone who falls behind. Managers can edit the lessons.
Daily activity logs, Friday reflections, points, streaks, badges and a leaderboard, with a weekly review email.
A leads list with stages from fresh to deposit, and follow-up reminders by email so no prospect goes quiet.
Team leads see their team’s numbers and requests for help, and can send a nudge from the same page.
Every buyer is now traced to the partner who brought them, commission is worked out from confirmed payments by written rules, and partners can see their own numbers any time. The weekly “has my commission been paid?” call has an answer on the partner’s own screen.
New sellers get a structured start and a reason to keep going, and team leads can see who is selling, who is stuck and who needs a nudge.
