An e-learning and certification platform for a real estate company’s network of independent realtors: structured programmes, lessons, quizzes, live sessions, assignments and certificates anyone can verify.
The company sells through a growing network of independent realtors. Each one needs to understand the market, the company’s properties, land documentation and how to close a sale properly, and that knowledge was being passed on in scattered calls, chats and one-off trainings.
There was no way to know who had been trained on what, no consistent standard across the network, and nothing a realtor could show a buyer to prove they had been trained.
The company needed one place to teach every realtor the same way, track their progress, and certify the ones who meet the standard.
We built an online academy with a public site, a learner dashboard and a full admin. Realtors enrol in programmes, work through lessons, quizzes and assignments, join live sessions, and earn PDF certificates with QR codes that anyone can verify online. Staff build every programme and track every learner without a developer.
We laid out a clear route: four core programmes from sales foundations to advanced closing, an elective in digital marketing, and a final certification that unlocks only after the core four. The landing page tells that story as a scroll-driven pathway.
A rich editor handles headings, lists, tables, images and embedded YouTube or Vimeo videos, with lesson documents, extra videos and links attached underneath. Everything is cleaned before learners see it.
Each module can have a quiz drawn from its own question bank, with time limits, attempts and pass marks, and the final exam draws from the whole programme. Assignments are uploaded, graded and returned with feedback.
Live sessions are scheduled with meeting and recording links, learners can add them to their calendar with reminders, and staff mark attendance afterwards.
Certificates are generated as PDFs with a unique ID and QR code that opens a public verification page. Staff can revoke or restore any certificate at any time.
Programmes with levels, durations, modules and lessons, including electives and a final certification that requires the core programmes first.
Each realtor sees their enrolments, progress through every programme, upcoming live sessions, announcements and certificates in one place.
Rich lessons with embedded video, private documents up to 50 MB, extra videos and links, with progress saved as learners go.
Multiple choice and true or false questions from a bank per module, with a set number per attempt, time limits, attempt limits and pass marks.
Learners upload a file or paste a link. Staff grade it: a pass completes the lesson, and “needs another try” sends feedback and allows a resubmission.
Scheduled sessions with meeting and recording links, an “Add to calendar” file with reminders, and attendance marked by staff.
PDF certificates with a unique ID and QR code, a public verification page, and an Add to LinkedIn button for the holder.
Automatic reminders a day and an hour before live sessions, assignment results once graded, and a note when a certificate is issued. Learners can turn reminders off.
Create and publish programmes, reorder modules and lessons, manage learners and roles, enrol or withdraw, post announcements, and issue or revoke certificates.
Course documents and assignment files are stored privately and opened only through short-lived signed links, and database rules decide who can see what.
Book pages that open on load, a survey line that lights each step of the pathway as you scroll, and a certificate that tilts flat as its Verified stamp presses in.
The public pages run on built-in programme data before the database is connected, so the site could launch and be reviewed early.
Every realtor in the network now follows the same path, from sales foundations to final certification, at their own pace and from their phone or laptop.
Staff can see who has completed what, grade work and certify the realtors who meet the standard, and buyers can check any certificate by scanning its QR code.
